Bio
Imagine, a 13 year old boy, asked by his uncle, a stunt performer to help with a project he had. I watched as he did things like jumping out of a moving vehicle, getting set on fire and hit another Stunt Performer with a car. "You get work on Movies?" and "How can I do that?" Were my questions. Something I never dreamed was possible growing up in a small town. But not far from us, is Toronto. A city where movies were being made. So close to home. It was possible!

At age 14, I stared doing live Wild West shows. Bar room brawls, falls, small fire gags, and being picked up and throw through tables. I did this until I was around 20 years old. I started with the small stuff and worked my way up to the a full fire burn and being hit by cars. I played football in high school so being hit wasn't new, just the car part was. I saw the Imperial Hell Drivers perform and thought that would be my next endeavour. I walked up to the owner and said "I can do that". He said "Really" I told him I had done some live show work before, but I didn't do any of the driving. but I told him I wanted to learn.
I worked for them the for the next year. Touring several parts of Canada. I completed over 25 burns , precision driving and I crashing over 30 cars that year.

Film and Television
After the live shows, I pushed to get into the film industry. I got my first job from my uncle. But I did not stop there. He was able to get me some work, but I had to meet the other Coordinators in town if I was to make a go of it. 30 Years later I'm still fighting and crashing cars on camera. However, I now also take all those years of experience and put into Stunt Coordinating as well.
As a Stunt Coordinator my goal is story first. I believe the Action Scenes must help to propel the story. Story is everything and making sure we do it safely is my job. It's something I take pride in. In a business that is already risky, minimizing that risk is always at the top of my list.
